To give you an idea of how the design process works, the first step is just an initial conversation. We will gather information from you about their preferences, lifestyle, and goals. Then we create an information index. This illustrates for you those priorities that must be reflected in their outdoor space according to your own personal desires. Next we create a site analysis to show how your priorities match the site of your home. We take into consideration the functional and aesthetic design of your home as well as the natural areas around your site which need to be seamlessly and naturally connected. After the site analysis is sketched out, then we offer a couple of conceptual designs for you to look at to make sure you feel like it fits your desires best. After the conceptual design is agreed upon, then we’ll provide you with a proposal to outline the costs of the project. Then we wrap up the design phase with a site plan that will be used for the installation process. The site plan will include elements such as plants, sprinkler systems, stonework, etc.
